This is ProxysVPN's own report on its own checks, not an independent study. Every 10 minutes a node in a Moscow data centre connects to each location the way an ordinary app does and loads a page through the tunnel. Below is the sum of all checks in the month.

How we count
- One vantage point: a node in a Moscow data centre. Every 10 minutes it connects to each location the way an ordinary app does and loads a page through the tunnel.
- A check passes when the tunnel comes up and the page loads. A location served over two transports is counted per transport, and the two are added together in the location row.
- A share is cut, never rounded up: a month with one failed check reads 99.9%, not 100%.
- A disruption day is a day on which fewer than 90% of a location's checks passed and there were at least 24 of them.
- Connection speed is not measured here and is not promised.
- Server addresses are not published: a list of addresses would make them easier to block.
What this report does not show
- Mobile networks. The node sits in a data centre on a wired provider: what a person on a mobile network sees is not visible from there.
- Other cities and single carriers. If your result differs from the table, write to support: it is a useful signal.
- The sites and apps you open through the tunnel: the check covers the connection, not every site.
- Days with no data. They are not in the totals and are named above.
