On the Basic plan — no: this is not a subscription, pay as much and whenever you want, and when the balance runs out the VPN simply stops working. On PRO auto-renewal is on: when the term ends, the next month is charged from your balance. For each device it can be turned off in the dashboard.
YouTube, Twitch and Netflix work. We do not cap speed, but we do not promise a figure for it either: we have not measured the bandwidth of our servers. The server in the USA has a traffic limit on the Basic plan — 50 GB per month; there is no limit on the other servers or on PRO.
